Summit High School is seeking a dynamic coach and educator to lead the JV Baseball team beginning in the 2024-25 school year. 

Characteristics and qualities:

• Follows the lead of the Head Varsity Baseball Coach in all aspects of the program.
• Demonstrates a commitment to building a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment.
• Balances the student-first approach with volleyball skill development and improvement.
• Teaches and develops sport and life skills, leadership, integrity and sportsmanship.
• Always serves as a positive role model as well as an exemplary representative of Summit High School. 
• Promotes baseball in Summit County and builds relationships with the community and constituents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• High school and/or college playing experience preferred
• 1 or more years of coaching experience preferred

Hiring Range: $339.30 - $809.10 weekly.
