Provide professional human resource service including employment file maintenance, payroll & benefits authorization, and position control. Interpret and communicate procedures related to federal and state employment laws and regulations and district human resource policies and procedures. Support the Director of Human Resources through an effectively organized Office of Human Resources Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA degree preferred to include specialized university courses
- 3-5 years experience in human resource services and/or management/supervision
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Strong time management skills
- Strong computer skills: keyboarding, database, word processing

Hiring Range: $22.61 - $28.58
